Tight Defense

  1. Set Up one of our Base Defenses, and Shade Underneath
  2. Goal of Defending Tight is to not let them throw in the Seams quickly, Drags, or Corner Routes

It's simple, in Tight Sets, all they wanna do is throw Seams & Corners. By Utilizing Cover 4 (Shade Coverage Underneath), we will be taking away EVERYTHING they want to do

Spread Defense

  • If we're in Cover 3, we need to be aware of the Seam Opposite of our Middle 3rd

I love our Cover 4 Quarters Match, and our Cover 3 Drop set ups because of 2 reasons. 1, they lockdown the Seams. 2, they play great Defense over the middle.

Trips Defense
