  • Account and identity data: name, email, and login credentials, handled through our authentication/billing provider (Foxy.io).
  • Billing data: billing name, billing address, and purchase history. We do not store your full payment card number — card details are entered directly with our payment processor, and we receive only confirmation of payment and limited transaction data.
  • Communications: what you provide when you email us, request support, or sign up for our emails.
  • Content interactions: favorites, saved items, progress, and similar activity you generate using the Service.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions.
  • Analytics and diagnostics: product-usage events and error/performance data.

Information from third parties

  • Our payment and authentication provider shares subscription status, transaction outcomes, and account identifiers so we can grant and manage access.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, as needed to run the Service:

  • Foxy.io — subscription billing, single sign-on, account management.
  • Stripe — payment card processing (via Foxy).
  • Supabase — database, authentication backend, and application infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare — site hosting, content delivery, image hosting, and security.
  • BunnyCDN — video hosting and streaming.
  • PostHog — product analytics and usage measurement.
  • Sentry — error monitoring and performance diagnostics.
  • Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
  • Discord — community access and account linking.
  • GoHighLevel — CRM and marketing automation.
  • Make.com and Airtable — internal automation and operational workflows.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or others' safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data retention

We keep personal information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then as long as necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations (generally up to 7 years for billing records). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion at [email protected].

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your rights
